A wealth of knowledge is at the end of the phone or email. 90% of the time problems can be rectified over the phone. Sometimes however you will need to export your restoration to a disc. That can then be emailed to us and we can then use the appropriate CEREC® software you have to examine rectify and report back. If you need some quick advice from people who know - Just call!

Remote CEREC® Support:

A number of CEREC® dentists have networked their CEREC® into their practice computer systems. This gives them the facility to send and receive emails directly from their acquisition unit. We are sent an email requesting assistance and we can then remotely access the CEREC® from wherever we are. This facility offers the dentist peace of mind just by knowing help is just a mouse click away.
